Whitmire – Football

Whitmire Community School has a job vacancy for a head football coach for the 2022-23 school year.

Under limited supervision, provides the leadership and management skills necessary to maximize the  efforts of student athletes on and off the football field; responsible for coaching student athletes in game  strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid South Carolina teaching certification 

• 3 years’ experience as a head varsity football coach preferred 

• Qualifications may vary from the above requirements to such a degree as the Superintendent  determines necessary and appropriate to ensure properly qualified personnel in the position.
