*Region 4 will serve as the hybrid region because this region has 8 teams for all sports excluding football as compared to 6 teams in Region 3 for all sports. After looking at numerous bracket possibilities for all sports, allowing Region 4 to serve as the hybrid region helps create a better balance in the upper and lower state as the volleyball, basketball, softball, and baseball brackets are created.
