This type transfer of eligibility is only allowed once every (365 days) calendar year and only applicable to inter-district transfer.<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.schsl.org\/wp57\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Transfer-Inter-District-3.docx\">Inter District Transfer (out of district)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-4 wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/dev.schsl.org\/wp57\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Transfer-Inter-District-Member-School.docx\"><strong>Inter District Transfer (out of district member school)<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Intra District (Feeder School)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCHSL By-Laws Article III, Section 9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A student establishes his\/her eligibility when he\/she is academically promoted to and first attends school in the seventh grade. He\/she is eligible at this school and the school that it feeds,&nbsp;<strong>unless alternately assigned by the school district;&nbsp;<\/strong>until he\/she attends another school. Should the feeder school supply students to more than one high school, each student\u2019s eligibility on a high school team will be determined by the attendance area of the high school in which he\/she lives,&nbsp;<strong>unless alternately assigned by the school district<\/strong>. The residence must be in the school district of the middle school that the student is attending.
